Hey bananas, today I have a haul as I am getting ready to fall season. To be honest, I am already ready, ‘cause August in Yekaterinburg is usually feels like fall, whereas September might be burning hot. Anyway, I went to Zara a week ago and now I have some beauties to show you...
Well, my main purchase is this navy studded coat. I was looking for something simple yet interesting and - as usual - Zara saved me. The material contains 80% of natural wool, this Zara A-line silhouette always fits me well and, by the way, the coat looks awesome with my favourite fringe bag by Barbara Boner. To be honest, it’s not that I’m in love with the collar, but I am going to wear it with a big black knitted scarf or hopefully I’ll find a grey fur collar.
My most beloved item are definitely these bad boys, a perfect dupe for JC Tardys, well made and comfortable. I’m so excited about them! While I’m writing this, they’re standing in front of me and making me happy.
My other shoe purchase are these flats also from Zara (you could already see them in my last outfit post). I did want to buy these in black with silver studs, but I thought there’re a lot of black in my wardrobe and came back home with this version. Well, I have to say that it isn’t the most comfy shoes, cut lines are very sharp, but I have only wore it twice. Hopefully they’ll stretch a little bit...
From their final sale I also managed to get two scarves to pair with my leather jacket: a super-warm dark green - almost teal - one, which is made from wool, but feels like cashmere, and a very light aztec print one, which goes great with my hair color and will add a color to my mostly grey and black fall outfits.
Talking about black, here are two monochrome tops. First one, a loose striped turtleneck, was from a new collection (a Zara basic line) and this ridiculously cheap polka dot batwing thing was fished out from a sale pile of tops. You can see it on me here.
As I’ve promised myself not to wear only black and grey during cooler month, I got this bright red cutie. I've been looking for a classy (this btw is my new favorite word) tweed jacket after I saw an amazing sparkly grey one on FleurDeForce. That was an unsuccessful search and I decided to get this one as a dupe. To be honest, I feel a bit like Nutcracker, wearing this, but that’s okay, I’m in love with the jacket!
I also got these super-thick black leggins, which has my favourite cut (these are my 2nd or even 3rd pair). They make me look so skinny! If you like J.Crew’s Pixie pants or Disco pants by American Apparel, go and try these on, they’re an amazing cheaper alternative. They actually looks like regular high-waisted pants on, so I wear them with all kinds of tops and shirts. I believe they also sell them in navy and grey.
Well, that’s it for the main clothing part of the haul. I’ve also popped into H&M and grabbed some jewelry. I don’t like the quality of their clothing, but I do love their jewelry, it's cheap but quite well made and looks amazing. So I got this plain silver cuff, the rose gold chain necklace (the length is adjustable; by the way, I would rather wear it as a wrap bracelet) and these gorgeous blue earrings.
Then I've found these hair accessories I had my eye on for a long time. They basically are hair ties with cuffs. You make a ponytail, using this elastic and then clip the cuff over it, making your hairstyle more polished and interesting.
Last but not least, let’s move on to nailpolishes! I think, I’d gone absolutely crazy about them over a few last month. I never used to be a nailpolish junkie, but now - I have to admit - I am! So I bought a lot of fall shades and also a few summery ones. By the way, my dream job is to create a names for a nailpolishes or makeup products in general!
From left to right, start from the top row.
OPI: We’ll always have paris (a burgundy, red wine shade), I don’t give Rotterdam (very shimmery greyish blue one);
Essie: Smokin hot (a dark taupe with a purple undertone), A list (gorgeous bloody red), Damsel in a dress (a deep burgundy shade with delicate silver microshimmer), Eternal optimist (peachy caramel nude, which sometimes looks rosy pink, love it, it’s by far my fave nude ever);
Sally Hansen’s Smooth&Perfect ColorCare in Air (very pale blue); Cashmere Cardigan by Orly (a perfect periwinkle shade, which I’d been searching for about a year);
Essie: Super bossa nova (an amazingly bright fuchsia with a blue microglitter in it), Splash of Grenadine (a cold pinky lilac one).
Shoes are amazing! xoxo.
